Registered Nurse, Founder & the face behind Lumière
For Caitlin, aesthetic care begins with something simple: listening.
Raised in Toowoomba, Caitlin has built both her nursing career and her life in the region. She now calls Highfields home, where she lives with her husband and their boys, drawn to the space, lifestyle and strong sense of community it offers their family.
After years working as a Clinical Nurse with Queensland Health and completing further postgraduate study in cosmetic nursing, Caitlin created Lumière Aesthetics Studio to bring a more personal and considered approach to aesthetic care to her local community.

Why Lumière?
Lumière means “light” in French.
For Caitlin, the name captures exactly what she wanted the clinic to feel like: warm, refined and welcoming.
It also reflects her approach to aesthetic care. Lumière isn't about changing what makes someone unique. It's about thoughtful care that complements the individual, helping clients feel confident while allowing their natural features to shine.

No two people have the same features, concerns or goals, and Caitlin doesn't believe their care should look the same either.
Every recommendation at Lumière is individualised, considered and grounded in honest advice. Caitlin wants clients to understand their options, ask questions freely and feel comfortable taking their time before making a decision.
For her, a beautiful result is one that feels balanced and true to the individual. Often, the most rewarding changes are the ones that leave someone looking refreshed and feeling more confident, without losing what makes them look like themselves.
And sometimes, the right recommendation is not to treat at all.
Caitlin will never compromise on safety, informed consent or professional standards. If she doesn't believe something is appropriate or in a client's best interests, she is comfortable saying no, recommending another approach or suggesting they wait.
