Not at all. A consultation is just that, a consultation. We want you to feel comfortable with your options and confident in your decision before proceeding with treatment.

Treatment costs vary depending on your individual treatment plan. Due to Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) regulations in Australia, we are unable to advertise or publicly discuss pricing or details of certain prescription-only treatments on our website or social media. Please be aware that prices will vary and will be discussed at your appointment before proceeding with any treatment.

Potential side effects, recovery, aftercare and any recommended restrictions will be discussed with you before treatment so you know what to expect.

If you're planning treatment before a wedding, holiday or important event, please let Caitlin know when booking your consultation.

Certain aesthetic treatments and skincare products may not be appropriate during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Please let Caitlin know if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, planning pregnancy or unsure about the suitability of a particular treatment so this can be discussed before proceeding.

Please disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, previous aesthetic procedures and anything else requested as part of your consultation.
